STEP 3 of 3: Your Info

Terms and Conditions:

$150 save the date is collected within 7 (seven) days once your event is confirmed, that will come off the deposit or final payment if no deposit is required.

50% down payment is due no later than 2 (two) months prior to the event. The remaining balance will be collected 1 (one) month prior the event. Paper Plate BBQ reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of service at any time. Paper Plate BBQ assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss of any property prior to, during or after the event.

Cancellations:

Any cancellation received 14 days prior to the event will result in loss of the deposit and up to 100% refund of final payment.

Any cancellation received 7 days prior to the event will result in loss of the deposit and final payment. We understand life happens and plans change. Please let us know as soon as you can. Refunds or partial refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the time frame.

Equipment:

Paper Plate BBQ does not supply dining equipment (e.g., dinner plates, glasses, flatware, and linens) unless stated otherwise.
